The E-Commerce is a required means for coal factory in china to be more comparative and to go to the world. Coal industry in china must research the E-Commerce in the face of the economic challenge and the coal industry's reform and the traits of the coal marketing work. So putting the coal E-Commerce into effect is an urgent affair.The thesis starts to research the theory and the demonstration of coal E-Commerce.Firstly, it introduces the theory and the kinds of the E-Commerce and puts emphases on the coal E-Commerce' trade process. According to the study of motivates and stress in putting the coal E-Commerce into effect, it explains the necessity and urgency of the work.Secondly, based on the tendency of word E-commerce, it analyses the developing situation of china and anatomy the backup of coal industry in the way o f itself & society. On the same time, it puts forward the analyses framework of developing E-commerce.Thirdly, it gives a introduction on the process of coal E-Commerce, according to the design principle of the system. On the other hand, it summarizes the experience by studying the website of China.Lastly, the thesis brings forward the countermeasures of developing obstacles on coal E-Commerce and gives a way of solving the information, material & fund.The Coal E-Commerce is in favor of the information construction and expedites optimize of frame and promotes the development of it by using E-Commerce.
