Research And Practice Of Supply Logistics Of Manufacturing

Supply logistics of manufacturing has drawn much attention from lots of scholars and logistics enterprise operators recently. In this paper, the aim, process, core of supply logistics project design and the part included by project design have both been clearly illuminated. The problems that possibly appear in the course of project design and the way that solved these problems have also been explained. Swim with the tide of supply logistics outsourcing, the advantage, bottleneck, collaborate form, attention point of its outsourcing have been analyzed and discussed. At last, an example of supply logistics project design is used to prove the theory and method discussed above.On the other hand, the analysis of the method of supply plan devising is another stress of this paper. A universal expression of representative matter of supply logistics has been brought forward, and this expression has also been improved according to the characteristic of logistics enterprise and the practice of manufacturing. Finally the universal expression has been described by a LP model. In the practice example design part, a program with EXCEL has been written to solve the LP model. In the practice, the model and program solved the problem very well, that proved that this model is satisfying.
