Now the researching about logistics theory and logistics example is more based on the whole process of manufacture or service, the systematic researching about supply logistics of the different coal enterprises is scrimpy. The paper analyze the specialty of supply and the relationship between logistics and supplier of coal mine。To choice the strategy of supply logistics of Kailuan;Based on this, design a plan of the key function for KaiLuan supply logistics; Investigate the key problem about selecting and evaluating of supplier, set up the index system, and use the Weighted comparative minimal deviation method to evaluate the supplier. The paper offer a method of the decision between self-making or outsourcing, introduce the concept and the calculating way of the cost of product life cycle;The paper give a study on the organizational construction and the essential factors recombining. At the last ,set up a basic evaluating method of effect for logistics company and personnel.
