The Analysis Of Investment Value For Container Terminal Construction Project

In the recent ten years, accompanying with the accelerated globality trend of world economy, competition for container port becomes more and more fierce. In order to be more active in the incoming competition, many countries regard the construction of container terminal as the emphasis of the development of their container ports.Our country is the biggest generating place for the supply of container goods, however there isn't enough container terminals to deal with the increasing container goods in deed. A great deal of goods should be transferred overseas, which interfered the development of our container transportation seriously. As a result, it is imperative to construct the container hub port in our country.Firstly, on the basis of analysis on the development trend of world container ports and current condition of our container ports, this thesis discusses the feasibility and necessity of the construction of container terminals in our country. Secondly, the factors which influencing container terminal's construction are analyzed, then evaluation factors of container terminal's construction are educed. In the third, this thesis lays emphasis on presenting a fuzzy comprehensive judgment model for container terminal's investment. Finaly, this thesis brings forward an aboved model to evaluate the investment value of container termial construction project in Southest China, and gains proper answer, then it puts forward some suggestions on constructing our international container terminals.
