WTO Pushes Forward The Development Of The Governmental Honest System

With China becoming a member of the WTO, the regulations of the WTO will take the important roles .On the one hand ,the regulations of the WTO will safeguard our economic-trade development. Other countries no longer take advantage of our country, on the other hand, Chinese government, as a member of the WTO, must comply with the regulations of the WTO and perform the duty of the WTO. Thus ,the WTO will affect Chinese economic and politic, bring out the occasion and the challenge for our reform of the economic and politics ,after Chinaentering into the WTO.The thesis contains three parts and demonstrates the function of the WTO for Chinese governmental honest system .Chapter 1 discusses the relations between the WTO and the governmental-power system performing the basic regulations challenges our past rights. Our government must take the marketable measures, take the opening transparent actions and take the legal actions.Chapter 2 discusses the function of the WTO for the governmental honest system. Check the protectionism, standard the examination and approvment and push forward the reform of the governmental purchase.Chapter 3 discusses my views .Facing with the WTO, we must set up the modern administrative thoughts ,the legal governmental managing system and the scientific deciding system.
