The dissertation examines the organization management from aspect of cooperative game theory. Under the background that the organizations' job division and members' specialization are highly strengthened, the research work focuses on the cooperation among the members and that between the organization and members, which is the new perspective of management study, and bring a series of new idea to the assumption, prerequisite and normal form of management.For the sake that, the conclusion of the research is scientific and formidable, the research approach is benefited a lot from the work of new institutional economics, which is represented by Ronald H. Coase and Douglass C. North, and especially have taken advantage from Masahiko Aoki's Endogenous Rules of the Game Theory. To the research tools, approach methods of the cooperative game theory, which are highlighted by Self-enforcing Agreements, are manipulated among the dissertation.To the research work, firstly, it used Self-enforcing Agreements to explore the organizations' most important relationship, the relationship between the employees and the employer, and it got the conclusion that how to improve the cooperation effects from the salary project, work monitoring mechanism and organization management functions. Secondly, according to the analysis results of the model developed by Alchian and Demsetz (1972), the function that the specialization of the management job and the employers' residual claimant right are emphasized on the improvement of the monitoring effect of members' work enthusiasm, thereby raising the efficiency of production. On the base of synthesizing forefathers' work, the dissertation put forward a new point of view: the motivation of the evolvement of organizations' management configuration is to promote the organization to do much better in encouraging members' to work hard, thereby improving the efficiency and production level. The positive analysis result that organizations' Management Configurations' Evolvement is Punctuated Equilibrium matches the idea unanimously.In order to increase the possibility that the equilibrium of cooperation will emerge from the endogenous-rules-of-the-game, the function of "Contrived Design" ishighlighted. According to modern organizations' character, such as organizations' intensification of job division and members' specialization, the research work modified the model of Dong and Dow (1993). Combined with partial conclusions of Macleod (1988), the analysis result points the key aspects that will ensure the organizations' cooperation effects, such as free exit rights, residual claimant right to the key figures, long enough duration of the cooperation between organization and members, a lower level scale of the cooperation group. For the purpose to encourage the knowledge sharing and cooperation inside the knowledge organization, measures as peer groups, option system and staff shares, SBU, tutorial system, etc. should be introduced to make a cooperative-oriented management system.The intensification of job division and member's specialization of the organization is the directions of organization development, in large-scale enterprise, university, government, etc. The research work expounded the fact of this dissertation regarding these as the prerequisite. Following the prosperity of knowledge management and the idea of cooperation game, there must be a bright prospect for the organizations' cooperative-oriented management.
