Implementation Strategy Of E-Government Establishment

Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis, the feasibility and necessity of the establishing an E-Government was discussed in this paper. Five subjects of E-Government were discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of E-Government were analyzed, as well as the arguement of centralization or decentralization of the power in E-government was discussed in this paper. The standpoint of author on this arguement is centralization.Some experiences in establishment of E-Government were summarized based on the developments of foreign E-Government. Some options for the implementation strategy of E-Government were proposed base on discussion of the actuality and main problems of demestic E-Government establishment.
