The history of marriage and family is an essentially microcosm of an era and asociety. Lastly, the paper,making comprehensive evaluation on the marriage law, expound elaborate theprogressive of the marriage law on values of family and marriage, familyrelationships and society. Also, author gives the deficiency of the marriage.
