On Modern Enterprise Human Resource Integration

This thesis is discussing the theorial foundationto of the human resource integratation- human resource and manpower capital theories to make the further study, joining together with the human resource of the modern enterprise in knowledge-based economy ages to integrate the present condition, and bring up the policy that adopt with the counterplan, continuously promote the pertinence and usefulness of the human resource integrate in enterprise .This thesis use the application of the text analysis method, system method, comparison method and other research method, and clarify the two important manner and the three important ways of the human resource integratation in modern enterprise .Meanwhile it use the cost-income model, and analysis the efficient choice of text on human resource integratation in modern enterprise from economic angle .This research enriched the business enterprise management theories on a certain degree .especially the human resource management theories which enhance the enterprise management to make the stronger guising meaning . At the same time , the text model of the human resource also have the certain draw lessons to the management which is not on enterprise human resource.
