Nowadays the step of China chasing the world knowledge-based economy is accelerating. In the knowledge-based economy ages the first important main factor is the human resources, which is the core of competition. The enterprises' development faces challenges, and how to win the competition for talented persons is a big new lesson for enterprises. Thus it is an inevitable choice for enterprises to integrate the target of employee and enterprise to realize both developments of enterprise and employee individuals. In the more and more white-hot competition tide, numerous enterprises choose Merger and Acquisition (M&A) to expand future development. But there are only a few cases that are real successful. Investigations have shown there are many reasons for this, but one main consists in Human Resources Integration making out not to be good. M&A activities bring much indetermination which makes enterprises face very big human resources risks, and human resources problems not handled properly may cause enterprises facing the full dish to all lose. Therefore after completing the ex-period M&A tasks it doubtless is a wise choice for enterprises to integrate human resources and develop a good cycle of human resources. For M&A enterprises Human Resources Integration (HRI) is a complicated systemic task, which demand the introduction of certain theories, and according to several strategies, principles, and an orderly procedure.In chapter 1, some principle conceptions are defined, and a basic hypothesize is given.In chapter 2, we discuss the new human resources management lessons facing enterprises in knowledge-based economy and the human resources risks facing M&A enterprises.In chapter 3, we probe into HRI, which is An effective way for M&A enterprises to avoid human resources risks. In this part the connotation,characteristic and necessity of HRI are discussed firstly. And then we analyze some common issues about HRI in M&A enterprises.In chapter 4, there are several typical failing and successful cases of M&A enterprises HRI analyzed and evaluated respectively which prove further the necessity of HRI in M&A enterprises.In chapter 5, countermeasures are worked out to solve the problems facing M&A enterprises in HRI, including the principles, strategies, practice project and how to put it into practice.Finally in chapter 6, we discuss the subject of evaluating the efficiency of M&A enterprises' HRI.
