Study On Evaluating System Of Real Estate Public Enterprises

Along with the rapid stable development of national economy, real estate industry become more and more important. Real estate enterprises, especially the public real estate enterprises, their value has attracted more attention by investor, consumer, enterprises, governments and media institutions. But the company value assessment methods still in the development stage, perfect value assessment theory and methods have not been made, it is disadvantage for the development of real estate industrial, so it is very important to do some research on the establishment of real estate public enterprises assessment system.The paper studied on evaluating system of real estate public enterprises through detailed analysis of many real estate public enterprises. The method of this paper using the theory of foreign company value assessment models and methods, and give suggestions of the principal of real estate enterprises value assessment. This paper try to establish an index system, this system combined condition assessment, course assessment and achievement assessment, this system has the characteristic of quantity and quality assessment, and adopts group layer analysis method to set index portion. This paper adopts relative analysis to verification the independent of each index, and through proof-test to verify the result credibility and efficiency to guarantee the assessment objectivity and veracity. Based on all researches, this paper write suitable computer software, and this has important practical value.
