A Framework Of A Large-scale State-owned Institute Of Design And Research In The Field Of Hydro-power Industry To Be Reformed As A Corporate Enterprise

Under the guidance of the science of management and economics, adopting the Marxism methodology of contingency analyzing, this paper has provided a framework for a large-scale state-owned institute of design and research in the field of hydro-power industry to be reformed as a corporate enterprise, which includes the mission, the institution of the ownership of property, the institution of the organizational hierarchy, the management systems of the enterprise and the implementation scheme of the reforming, after recalling the establishment history of the market-oriented economy of China, the reforming history of the state-owned enterprises, the reforming history of the design and research institute, and the reforming history of the power industry of China; after analyzing the related policies; after analyzing the industry of engineering consulting; after analyzing the present situation of the objective institute; after studying a few case of the like. The research work focuses on both the analysis of theories and policies and the combination of the theories and policies with the present situation of the objective institute.
