The popularity of the www, the increase in types and quantity of products, and faultfinding of customers, etc, all of these accelerate the change of market environment into buyer's market. The enterprises' concept on the other hand, customers and purchase wares and take services in the enterprises which can offer them the highest Customer Delivered Valued (CDV), this thesis emphasize the failing in the sales policy, which is made and carried out based on CDV, of the Eagle Company, and offer some suggestion to develop it by analyze whose sales policy. We'll get some enlightenment from the application of CDV theory in our country's enterprises. That is this thesis's significance, too.The success of the Eagle Company should be attributed to it take and carry out the sales policy of CDV, which really stands on the side of the customers to measure the value of the products and services. And it offered more CDV to them than its competitors do. But with the fast development of the company and competition in the market is becoming sharper and sharper, many problems exist in some aspects of the Eagle Company, such as its unique competitive power, sales management, and so on. We can develop the marketing of the Eagle Company through increaser the quality and capability of products, reducer customers' cost price and make progress in cooperation with the better or the worse companies.From the successful application of CDV theory in the Eagle Company, we can draw conduction that under the buyer's market environment, CDV would be the unique competitive power. The factors that affect the purchase action of the customers will be not only the price, but whether enterprises could supply waves and services with higher CDV.The essay has 4 chapters. Chapter 1 is description about electric coach development and purpose of the essay. In chapter 2, we decrypt Eagle's marketing management situation and problem before its sales policy creation, and in chapter 3 we decrypts and analyze it's CDV. The value and conclusion of the CDV research are in chapter 4.
