Application Of Informal Innovation Network In The Process Of Mid-Small Enterprise's Innovation

In recent years, the innovation network which links mid-small enterprise to other organizations in the process of innovation is increasingly paid attention to. Base on modern organization theory, this paper divides the innovation network into two types: informal innovation network and formal innovation network. Looking through available documents, the research on innovation network is focused more on formal innovation network which links all participants together on account of agreement official agreements, and less on informal innovation network formed by all kinds of informal links such as social relation, blood relationship, reliance link and informal communication. Nevertheless, as a complementary form to formal innovation network, the informal innovation network plays an important role during the process of innovation. Thus, in this article, the author looks informal innovation network as a main object of study, and analyzes the informal innovation network's classification, function mechanism, and important role, finally probe further into some theoretical method to perfect and manage the informal innovation network.This paper includes five chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the origin of informal innovation network's concept.The second chapter introduces the fundamental theory of informal innovation network, mainly including informal innovation network' definition, structural frame and classification.The third chapter is an important section of this paper, mainly analyzes the relation between the two different innovation networks.The core section of this paper is the forth chapter, which analyzes the important roles and classifications of informal innovation network in the process of mid-small enterprise's innovation of Zhejiang province and also analyzes how innovation stage and enterprise's scale and location influences the informal innovation network.The last chapter is also this paper's important section, which analyzes the defects and the prospects of informal innovation network and further gives some advice to perfect informal innovation network.
