The Third Sector: The Institution Innovation Of The Resource Installation

This article is made up of four sections. The thesis of the article is the institution innovation of resource installation by the third sector.The first section points out the problem in resource installation based on the reviews of reference. Then the author comes out the thesis of the institution innovation of resource installation by the third sector.The second section mostly orders several core concepts related to the thesis. Resource installation by the third sector has been existed since ancient society. It has the possibility and necessity. The fields of it are wide, which relates to any aspect of the social life. The third sector has unparalleled advantages in resource installation. The analysis frame of resource installation should include three bodies, which are the government, the market and the third sector. The resource installation by the third sector is not omnipotent. The resource installation by the third sector accords with continuous development, but there are many problems and difficulties which need us to solve.
