Through summarizing and analyzing Wang Yangming's management psychological thoughts, the study adopts the diachronic research method to expatiate basic theories of his psychological thoughts, psychological theory of management by objectives, human resource management psychological theory, leading psychological theory as well as their worthiness in our country's modernizing tenor.The thesis is trying to delve the following points:Wang Yangming's basic psychological viewpoints: I. "Mind is reason"-Wang Yangming's concept of mind. 2. "Extension of innate moral knowledge"-Wang Yangming's theory of human nature. 3. "Unity of knowledge and action"-Wang Yangming's psychological thoughts on learning.Wang Yangming's psychological theory of management by objectives: 1. Goal-setting. 2. Goal-expanding. 3. Goal-modulating.Wang Yangming's human resource management psychological theory: 1. Employee appointment: talents-keeping strategy, advantage-oriented employing principle, resource optimization policy, self-identity tactic and occupation orientation. 2. Employee inspiration: rewards and punishments, reverse prompting, authorization inspiration. 3. Employee training. 4 Social intercourse: ways of setting up network, interpersonal skills and self-cultivation.Wang Yangming's leading psychological theory: 1. Career spotting. 2. Particular thinking mode. 3. Acting according to circumstances.
