Since 20 centuries ninety-years, the corporations in science and technology fields have been developing swiftly and fiercely, and derived powerfully the development of economy of our country. Through the development of many years, these corporations have stepped in a quickly growing stage from techniques, markets to the scales. From the point of the growing course of these corporations, the key to cause them developing is to have such troops which are make up of stable and high effective talented people.Along with the fusion of international and local economical environments, the competition for talented people will become more and more intense in these corporations in science and technology fields. They do not only need to establish the talented people troops, but also need to keep with and stabilize the troops. Therefore, upgrading the stabilization of talented people troops and decreasing the turnover rate of those are becoming more and more important for these corporations, and even were exalted to the strategy level. Turnover of talented people is a subjective factor and is mainly dominated by and restrict with law of value and relations of supply and demand. Starting with the status quo of talented people, the essays analyze the reasons why those talented people ran off from the corporation in science and technology fields and the countermeasure is put forward based on it.
