The Science and Technology Strategy of Enterprises are discussed in this paper in order to give the enterprises some useful suggestions when they make their strategies. Therefore, the paper discusses the process of the calculation of the deduction of science and technology through an example of TianJi Coal-chemical Corporation. Finally, by this example the paper gives some suggestions and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the calculate method.
