Organization innovation means the change of the traditional and formal transactions on their manner, means or procedure. Comparing with technology innovation, organization innovation had not gained enough analysis. In our country, with the help of innovation theories, scholars had done some research on organization innovation. But only foreign theories and conceptions on organization innovation were introduced in these research .There are many questions unsolved and the research still stay in such a stage in which people are forming common thoughts on organization innovation.In all the research literature on the environment problem in modern science of management, people believe that management in an organization must adapt to the environment. Because all the environment is not still and stable, but complicated .uncertain and developed. To adapt to the increasingly changing environment, corporations must carry out organization reforms and innovations.With the social development and times transition, traditional organization structure could not adapt to the increasingly changing environment. Electronic business had already lead to organization innovation .The main trends of organization innovation are to become fiat, small-sized, fictitious, elastic and network technology must be adopted.In this thesis, on the grounds of organization theories and common device principles,the author studied contents and directions of organization innovation considering the new trends of globalization, information and knowledge. In the study, circumstance of China and immanent problems in our corporations are given enough discussion.In the increasingly changing environment, in order to establish the core competence and gain advantage in competition, corporations must accelerate their organization innovation, including four aspects: strategy, organization, procedure and culture.
