This thesis describes the introduction of GREENCOOL refrigerates' background, marketing masterminding, marketing management and spread in China. Author uses various kinds of management knowledge, the combination of the theory practice synthetically, go on marketing strategy analysis to GREENCOOL.First I will use marketing theory to analyses the marketing environment, find out refrigerates development and market capacity of market. Secondly I will analyze the industry compete and company's operation environment, strengths, weakness etc, with SWOT methodology. Then make feasible advice for marketing strategy.According to seven months' working experience in GREENCOOL COMPANY, author not only collected and cleared up lots of information and datum, but also consulted colleagues who ever worked in Sales Department to ensure the impartiality, reality and credibility of this case. From this case ,you can feel the complexity of the marketing environment, and its influence to market expanding of the company. Following analyses and discussing the success and failure of Greencool's marketing activities, the author hopes GREENCOOL Company and analogical enterprises can benefit from this case.
