Enterprise Informationization Index System Research

Enterprise informationization means that basing on the recombination of operation flow, enterprise utilizes computer technology, network technology and database technology at certain degree of depth and scope, controls and manages all information in the operating activities integratedly and realizes the sharing and utilizing information effectively inside and outside in order to raise the economic benefits and market competitive power. As the sharp weapon of promoting international competitiveness, informationization has begun to be raised to the unprecedented height. But when we look at the depth, we can find that enterprise informationization has not reached the anticipated result. There are still mistaken ideas in the enterprise. So this paper set up the index system to appraise the degree of enterprise informationization. This system includes two parts: basic index and efficiency index. And the basic index includes organizational building appraise index, infrastructure appraise index, application information system appraise index. This is the basic frame of informationization index system. It stipulates the concrete direction for the appraisals of enterprise informationization. The efficiency index includes suitability index and sensitivity index. It can guide the enterprise informationization to the direction of benefit, competitiveness and sustainable development. It makes the enterprise informationization cooperate with the enterprise total strategy and makes the leaders understand and implement enterprise informationization correctly. Basic index and efficiency index are relative and also independent. Basic index is mainly suitable for government and society to examine and monitor the basic states of enterprise informationization. And the efficiency index is used to mensurate, appraise and authenticate thedegree of enterprise informationization. Through the application of this index system, we can make the enterprise informationization more distinct and point out the direction of enterprise informationization for the enterprises.
