Dawncom is one of the biggest distributing enterprises in terms of size in China at present. Its main businesses include two parts: One is the distributing business of IT products , which has been cultivated for eleven years and now is mature basically as well as is the most competitive. The other is the BSP(Business Service Provider) business mainly providing integrated marketing businesses, which was put forward firstly by Dawncom and bears the wide potential. The distributing network built up effortly by Dawncom is made up of more than thirty branches bearing considerable influence and distributing in the whole country. Dawncom is expending its business through the effort of its more than three thousand main dealers and over ten thousand sub-dealers. According to the evaluation made by SMAT RESELLER ,the most famous international IT evaluating institution, Dawncom's distributing network is one of the three top distributing network in Chinese IT industry distributing field as the same as Digital China, INGRAM MICRO.IT industry is active , changing and challenging industry. Several hundred companies entered the IT distributing field together with Dawncom at the same time, but nowadays there are few companies attempting to survive, and also there are several big and strong companies that can be counted on our fingers. On the contrary, Dawncom held the chance in the changing era and was talent showing itself, eventually became the top successful enterprise in cybertime. There are surely many reasons that can enlight and be introduced to other enterprises.This thesis gives the systematic introduce and analysis to the Dawncom's second undertaking and development strategy in the form of cases. The whole article can be divided into two chapters. The first chapter addresses theDawncom's basic information and several main progressing stages in the procedure of its second undertaking. The second chapter gives a analysis about cases. In it, the author applies theory knowledge of strategy management and marketing management to analyze the main successful factor of Dawncom's second undertaking and Dawncom's main advantages and development strategy, and give some advices and tactics to Dawncom's future development.Chinese IT market is growing dramatically and has a bright future. The author hopes that the thesis can provide scientific basis for regulating the IT industry development strategy through analyzing the Dawncom's case.
