In the effort to win the competition edge for the products, the corporation needs to plot its products development from a strategy perspective. Because strategy is the general thinking and tactics in guiding the industry in a general way, and an enterprise's products strategy management and be isolated from the external environment situation, still less is independent of every condition in the management. The vital issue for strategic management is to adapt the company itself to its own conditions and external environment, so it is necessary to analyze the external environment and every kind of influential conditions in close attest with its survival and development. The enterprise's strategy management will enable us improve the efficacy and productivity, the improvement in efficacy guaranteed the competition edge the firm get in the competition.The products development is the very important part in the company's overall strategy, it plays a important role in accomplishing Corporation's overall strategy goal, the enterprise must fully take every opportunity and menace, make a correspondence strategy according to its own conditions take every opportunity and face every challenges ahead and finally establish its own marker competitive edge, thereby get onto a road that lead to sustainable development.
