Study And Application Of Intellectualized Daily Loading Forecast System Of HeBei Power Net

In electric power system planning, loading forecast is very important for the safe economical running of electric power system and the development of state economy. This article aims at the research and exploitation of day loading forecast system of electrical net of HeBei province, and expatiates emphatically the process and meaning of the realization of loading forecast system of electrical net that based on intellectualized. We bases the research harvest of loading forecast, classify and filter the methods of forecast in domestic and overseas literatures, summarized a series of methods that aim at different aims. This system studies that uses advanced mathematic methods to build mathematic models, and at the same time, aims at characteristics of departed loading data, builds a suit of methods system to deals with departed data and confirms future loading data. We realize electric power loading forecast system that via Visual Basic and advanced mathematic methods.
