Pesticide industry is a special industry whose development is relevant directly to the life and health of human being. With the background of the industrialization progress of non-pollution biological pesticide, utilizing theories of modern enterprise management and macroeconomics theory, decision-making for investment and capital operation, this article argues a new concept to innovative design and research of investment to one kind of new biological pesticide, in order to establish a scientific project investment model and realize the sustainable development of enterprises, with the operation of "Ningnan Mycin" project as an example.Theoretically, based on the thorough thought about capital operation theories, this article suggests the emendation of integration of industrial capital operation and property right capital operation. Also financial model is designed based on the "Ningnan Mycin" project, a series analysis are conducted to evaluate the practicability and risk, by the economic analyticmethods of NPV, benefit period of floating investment and sensitive analysis, etc.The specialty of this article is that the author is a manager of a pesticide enterprise. When writing the article, the author conducted extensive and deep investigation among government, enterprises, marketing units, research institutes and targeted consumers-farmers. All the data and materials come from real practices, which are very helpful for practice. Also, the innovative investment model and enterprise operation concepts are all practiced and tested in the enterprise of the author.Finally, after thoroughly reviewing the development of pesticide industry and the operating conditions of domestic and abroad pesticide enterprises, this article suggests a new series of investment model of biological pesticide, and analyzes the economic data of traditional investment model and innovative investment model by establishing financial models, in order to be helpful for Chinese pesticide enterprises to re-arrange resources and enhance competitiveness in domestic and abroad markets. |
