| The China large-scale construction enterprise is discussed in this paper. The markets and competition that construction enterprise facing changed after China's entering WTO and what strategy they should establish will relate to the company's future, some research of establishing right strategy have made on the base of analyzing the change of local economic, law and markets.The article is formed from five chapters. In first chapter, macro-environment of China's large-scale construction enterprise was analyzed. This chapter is divided into two parts: domestic environment and international environment. The scale and structure of international construction market were discussed; its change and trend were also forecasted. As for domestic environment of construction, the analyses include circumstance of law, condition of technology, environment of society, meantime, brief introduce of these aspect influencing construction industry is also made. In chapter 2, outline of domestic construction industry, the relation of business cycle and construction cycle and the industry organization structure of construction industry were chiefly analyzed. Moreover, the life cycle of construction industry was discussed. Furthermore, predicts was made about the developmental trend of construction market scale through the variety of current market scale. In chapter 3, analyses were made on competition environment of China large-scale construction enterprise, and competition was from five forces: The new entrant, the supply, the consumer, the substitute manufacturer and the competitor. These forces were studied one by one. In chapter 4, CSCEC's organization structure, technology situation, market position was investigated and analyses of CSCEC's strategy situation in corporation layer strategy and competition layer strategy were made. All these analyses are provided for drafting proper strategy. The last chapter puts forward multi-industry strategy base on above chapters and points out how to implement it, information development strategy and resource development strategy to support multi-industry. In the end, the problem that organization structure how to conform to strategy was discussed. The concept of construction enterprises Virtual Production was introduced creatively in this chapter. |
