This thesis consists of Case and Case study.The case section introduces port market environment, major competitors, basic circumstances, marketing strategy and the problems of Xin Gang Stevedoring Company(XGSC) .Based on the datum provided in the case, the author analyses the external environment and internal situation of XGSC with theory of strategy management. The author forecasts the objective of XGSC Handling capacity increasing with theory of statistics. The author analyses marketing strategy including marketing position, product, price, promotion, place and service quality with theory of marketing. The author puts forward some suggestions about finishing marketing strategy.
