Research On Shajiao "C" Power Station Develepment Strategy

Successful management strategy can surely bring good performance in enterprise management. This paper, with relevant theory and knowledge of strategic management, analyses the detailed conditions including advantages and weak points of Shajiao 'C' Power Station currently faced in the course of reform in electric power system as well as the management characters of the Station. On basis of which, M. E. Porter's Five Force Competition Model is applied in analyzing and studying the development strategy of Shajiao 'C' Power Station in the future.Then the development strategy of 'C' Station and the tactics and methods to achieve it are put forward.
