The paper puts forward a solution to logistics reconstruction, according to the analysis of present situation and logistics system of DAEWOO Heavy Industries, and emphasizes building a cooperative relationship with Third Party Logistics Co., excavating logistics value chain, building distribution center, making storing, transportation and management reasonable to lower logistics costs and improve consumers' satisfaction.Main problems of DAEWOO are that integrative costs cannot be decreased effectively, information system is lack of rapid reflection on things, supply logistics and manufacture logistics are in dire need of changes. The paper conceives of building a logistics corbelling of DAEWOO, according to above problems, to improve supply logistics, production logistics and service response logistics, to develop models of storing management and quality inspecting management, to build information network and reasonable service response system.
