Study On The Target System Of Our Country's Shipping Company Management

With the increment of foreign trade and the development of domestic economy, the national shipping companies should catch hold of opportunity and take scientific measures to get ahead in the international shipping market. Under the environment of socialism market economy innovation and national enterprises system innovation, the author set up target system of shipping company management to appraise, direct and control the activities of shipping company management.This paper firstly discusses the characteristic of our country's shipping company and the environment of political, economic condition and WTO entrance, then analyzes current organization structure and function partition of shipping company and the status quo of target system. Based on that, the author construct a set of management target system and carry out achievement evaluation of our shipping company with this system. Finally, the paper draws some conclusions and puts forward some relevant problems for further discussing by people in the shipping research fields.
