| History and reality have shown us: If enterprises want to survive, develop and run better than others, they must find out their own all defects and innovate constantly.This thesis discussed the innovation capability index systems of shipping enterprises of our country and explored how to synthetically evaluate their innovation capability.In Chapter One, this thesis summarized the shipping enterprises in both broad and narrow sense, and then expounded the present situation from advantage and disadvantage and freight quantities in the near future years about shipping enterprises of our country.In Chapter Two, this thesis applied some internal and external innovation theories and practices, at the same time this thesis in detail expounded the innovation capability of shipping enterprises of our country in the range of technological innovation, institutional innovation and management innovation. This thesis also expounded the technological innovation capability through R&D, Product & Marketing innovation and shipping structure regulation, then expounded the institutional innovation capability through four aspects: Institutional environment supplies enough innovation incentive and space for enterprises; Enterprises should become the leading role of institutional innovation; Enterprises should innovate different stages' institutions. This thesis also expounded the management innovation capability of our shipping enterprises through three aspects: management thinking innovation, management methods and skills innovation and enterprise strategy management, then this thesis discussed the relations of technological innovation, institutional innovation and management imovation.In Chapter Three, this thesis respectively formed the innovation capability index systems through the three aspects of technological innovation, institutional innovation and management innovation.In Chapter Four, this thesis set up fuzzy model and divided evaluationindexes into qualitative and quantitative indexes. This thesis used different means to calculate membership of the two kinds of indexes, then this thesis adopted the model to synthetically evaluate the innovation capability of some large shipping enterprise of our country. This thesis compiled computation procedure of the fuzzy model in order to use a computer to evaluate and analyze the innovation capability.Finally, the author of this thesis discussed and summarized the research methods and results of this thesis. |
