Development & Application Research Of Material MIS For Large & Middling Industrial Enterprise

Material management is an important work of industrial enterprise. The level of material management is totally lower in our country because of a long time of planning-economy. In planning-economy period, all industrial materials were supplied by nation's planning, and materials management was not complex. At the same time, many private supplier used no equity method to join to supplier of national factory, material management has been affected by the bad social fashion, and phenomena of corruption and confusion is rather severe, many of the plant have gone to dead. This article is try to break out a few methods to solve those matters through study of development and application for material MIS of large and middling industrial enterprise.At first, the article has studied the actual situation of material management. Find out the distance between our national factory and foreign company. The second, as the main body of the article, the author has studied the developing purpose, total thinking, system device, applying effect of a material MIS using by the company where he is servicing. The emphasis of study is the relationship between material MIS, organization structure, and management rules. The important experience in the company has been exposed.The innovation of this article is the author has successfully developed a material MIS independently, and summarized it in theory. The content has exceeded traditional purely technological demonstrating. The author has break out his own independently new viewpoint that if we want to acquire break through, we must combine the applying of information technology, reforming of management, and changing of organization structure. If we don't take into account the three aspects at the same time, the material management will not change for the better.
