The Research And Development Of Vehicle Management Information System In Highway Transportation Enterprise Based On The Structure Of B/S

With the rapid development of Internet technologies and applications, B/S mode has replaced C/S as the architecture of management information system. Adopting the B/S mode to design internal management information system has become the prevailing trend and stream for enterprises. To start with ,on the basis of high transportation enterprise informationize , requirements and function analysis, systems design, codes design, systems implementation of Luohe macro-trasportation company ltd , at last vehicle management information system in highway transportation enterprise based on the structure of B/S is designed and realized.In the first place, aimed at originally C/S system's limitation, this system adopts a B/S pattern. In this pattern, all programs are executed on the server port, and client port operates only by a browser, which is named "thin client port". Besides, this system uses a current solution devised by Microsoft which combining IIS and ASP and SQL Server for developing a Web server application at the windows environment, and which providing a valid means for developing a dynamic, intercommunication and effective web management system.In the second place, this paper starts with systems analysis, which is the core phase of structural development for MIS, and completes detailed investigation to current system of Luohe macro-trasportation company ltd, and new system logic model is produced considering requirements and function analysis, including system companies process analysis, data process , data dictionary, feasibility study .Then, on the basis of systems analysis functional modularity is divided and designed, vehicle management codes are designed in detail, and concept data model and logic data model and standardization and integrity of database are particularly designed, considering vehicle features of more technology parameters and complicated properties. Besides, input and output, and the security privilege of system are designed and implemented.At last, operation and test are done. Some suggestions for improvement are offered on the grounds of an analysis of the operation in Luohe macro-trasportation company ltd.The study and application of this system will further perfect the vehicle management information system in highway transportation enterprise, pick up high transportation enterprise informationize management process and contribute to improve the working decision-making efficiency.
