The Study On ERP-based Management System Of Metallurgical Spare Part

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) has become the solution of enterprise management. Supported by information technology, ERP solute problem of enterprise management by means of modern mathematic method and science of organizational behavior. The essence of ERP is a revolution management science. It increases the efficiency of enterprise management, and enterprise resource is integrated, cost of production is controlled, so ERP promotes the core of competitive power of enterprise.ERP is made up of several function modules. The paper preliminarily studied the spare part management in ERP system. On the basis of analyzing the operation flow of spare part planning management, booking management and inventory management, I bring up spare part management system based on ERP. The paper particularly discussed the mathematic model of planning, purchase, and inventory management, especially inventory prediction model. The paper studied a model which based on modified genetic algorithm and neural network theory. By means of case analysis, the model has high reliability and accuracy. At last, the paper analysed and designed a spare part management system of Wuhan Iron & Steel Company, and introduces the structure and development procedure of spare part management system of Wuhan Iron & Steel Company.Proved by fact, The usage of system brings convenience and shortcut in the management work, saves lots of manpower and material resources. It promotes the level of spare part management, and causes to reach a new height in spare part management work of Wuhan Iron & Steel Company.The Yejin spare part management system which is based on ERP and other models in ERP system coordinate and interfuse each other. The spare part recourses are managed more scientifically. In a word, the study of this paper has important theory meaning and practice value.
