Research On Problem Of The Law Of International Human Rights

The international human rights protection is being followed with more and more interests by the international society. With the new branch of the international law, the law of the international human rights, coming into being, we have made a lot of progress on it. However, to some extent ,there are still some problems existing in the present situation.This paper begins with the general theories of human rights, seriously analyses and studies on the development, concept and characteristic of the law of international human rights . Then on the base of the analysis of the international legislation , this paper put forward the advice on the human rights protection.
