ZJ Construction Enterprise Strategic Structure Reengineering Research

For many years.because Chinese Construction Industry has been surrounded by a low barrier,multitude of various enterprises entered into,which leads to a large amount of surplus of production competence. Meanwhile,excessive competitive behavior in construction industry was aggravated by duplication of enterprise structure,scale and competitive methods. With the united process of China's entry into WTO and the international construction market,Chinese irreasonable industrial enterprise structure should expose its shortcoming,comparing with the advanced international industrial structure model and the large international contracctor,suffering tremendously and bringing unprecedented changement at the mean time,which made industrial enterprise structure adjustment become the main melody in contemporary Chinese Construction Industry.This dissertation draws on Chinese Construction Industry is staying at a scattering-type stage by analysing its industrial structure. It predicates the future Chinese constructure industry will form a hierarchical competition model of general contractors and partial contractors,the enterprise inside the industry will be devided into the general contractor company,the special contractor company and the labor service contractor company. Among them,the general contractor company can be subdivided into general project contractor and general construction contractor. Meanwhile,combinding analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of China Construction X Bureau the Third company,it concludes the proper enterprise competitive strategy:to develop into a general installation contractor company of construction projects. At the same time,it carries out process reengineering of major businesses of the enterprise encircling the strategy,reengineers and regulates the enterprise organization structure.
