The Proposal Is For The Stratagem Of Institute After Our Nation Becoming The Member Of WTO

In this paper, it discusses the situation, weakness disparity from outside condition to its inside consciousness management and system of institute for institution and military industry in our nation, by means of studying the change of market after our nation became the member of WTO. Based on the preceding discussion, the paper propose the countermeasure of these institute from positioning market, development stratagem and organization to management system and the consciousness of intellectual property rights. It wishes to assist the reform and development for these institute.
