| The thesis first describes the background of study and analyses some problems existing in the investment system of the urban infrastructure. Then the paper analyses the investment system in the urban infrstructure on three aspects , including the scale of investment , the source to get adequate, fund of the investment , even the way to run and manage urban infrastructure. The thesis establishs a perfect set of system info, introducing the theory of distinguish into the analysis of the problem.According to these theories, the project of urban infrastructure can be divided into profitable project and unprofitable project. Different projects have different investor and different investor also have different scales to invest. The thesis makes a profound study on some problems existing in the investment system of the urban infrastructure,puts forward the ways to resolve the problems.
