Development Strategy And Organization Structure Of Ling Feng Machine Factory

For the reforming of Big and Middle Nation-Owned Enterprise, we can take some research facing enterprise operation. There are many Army Enterprises among these enterprises. We could find some general problem by analyzing typical enterprise, then discovering suitable solution. On this logic, the aim enterprise (LingFeng Machinery Factory) was roundly introduced. Then according to strategy theory, external and internal environment of the enterprise were analyzed by using EFE Matrix and IFE Matrix at first. On this basis, the developing strategy of this enterprise, Cost Leadership Strategy, was worked out by using TOWS Matrix and SPACE Matrix, adding other qualitative analyzing. For practicing the strategy, the operating platform of the enterprise, Organization Structure, must be redesigned. Three sort of Contextual Dimensions of organization design (Strategy, Size and Technology) were roundly taken into account. Finally, the Hybrid Structure was selected for the aim enterprise from Functional Structure, Divisional Structure,Hybrid Structure and Matrix Structure. Then the redesigned Organization Structure Drawing was drawn.
