The Ecological Tourism Exploitation Research Of Fanggan Small Watershed Ecological Area

Ecological tourism is a new direction of tourist industry development in these years. The research object of this article is the small watershed ecological area in Fanggan, and the aim is probing into sustainable development of ecological tourism area. The author discusses a series of problem of ecological tourism in Fanggan.At first the history of exploitation and harness of the small watershed and the construction of ecological tourism area in our country and foreign was reviewed. The construction of ecological tourism area is the new direction of the small watershed exploitation. And it is also an important way to realize the sustainable development. Then the theory basis of the construction of ecological tourism area and the importance of the sustainable development in ecological tourism area construction was discussed. The perspective about the ecological tourism construction background in Fanggan ecological area is analysed , including areal resource, ecological historical analysis and the principal achievement as well as the assessment to tourist resource and functional analysis to ecological tourism area based on investigation.The main of this article is the designing of Fanggan ecological tourism which bases on ecological and sustainable thought. First , It bases on topological chart of scenic area in Fanggan, and uses the way of "median" to select the service center in ecological tourism area in Fanggan. The result suggests that: Luminghu scenic area (functional area ) is the ideal service center, the resident area of Fanggan is fit for a subsidiary area of service center area. This result accords with the development status quo and is feasibility. Second, the research about functional district. It uses the way of "minimum variance", bases on the statistic of diverse scene area. Each scenical area functional status is analyzed. According to this analysis, six functional districts are carved up. They are Luminghu service center district, Fanggan resistant functional district, ecological agricultural functional district, Jintaishan-Wanghaifeng functional district,The Ecological Tourism Exploitation Research of Fanggan Small Watershed Ecological Area Tianmenxia-Shiyunshan functional district, Riguanfeng functional district. Third, the circulation of environment capacity. Environment capacity of Fanggan ecological area should be researched based on four aspects including space capacity, ecology capacity, living environment capacity and psychology capacity. The importance is the circulation of space capacity, "area method" and "travel path method" are used respectively to calculate and validate in order to ensure the scientificity of calculated results and to embody the disciplinarian of Fanggan ecological area. Through the analysis of the calculated results, it proves that the space capacity and the ecology capacity is great, which supply the great potentiality for the Fanggan ecological tourist industry development. But it has some "bottleneck" factor, for example, the living environment capacity is small, which restrict the development of the ecological area; moreover, owe to the irrationality of exploitation, the appearance of capacity saturation in some districts and some time, the problem of environment capacity becomes a urgent problem which need be solved in order to realize sustainable development. The last part is another important part about the scale forecast of the tourist. The method of GM(1,1) model is used and the result suggests that the number of tourist in Fanggan ecological area in 2002 will be beyond the space environment capacity, which is a caution for the foreground in Fanggan.The last several parts are the summary and application to foregoing research result. In this article, some problems existing in the exploitation of Fanggan ecological tourism area are discussed in detail , such as environmental problem and so on . A series of suggestion and measure are proposed, all discussion will supply some enlightenment and help for Fanggan sustainable development.
