Studies On The Policies Of Chinese Government Intervention In The Housing Secondary Market

Developing and regulating the housing secondary market is a key link of the reform of Chinese urban housing system, and the efficient housing policies directly plays a guiding and promoting role for it. Based on the government intervention theory, this dissertation expounds the importance and urgency of Chinese government intervention for the development of the housing secondary market, as well as makes clear about the main aims and the fundamental principles of the intervention at the present stage; analyses and appraises the current policies of Chinese different level governments intervention in the housing secondary market ; and inquires into the problems derived from the blurred property rights; finally based on the front positive analysis and theoretical inquiry, ponders how to perfect the policies to achieve the government intervention's aims.
