| With the rapid development of Socialist Market economy, Constructions of social security system is gradually concerned. But compared with developed country, our social security systems still have a long way to go.By analyzing the development of western country social security .We find out it is important to make a law for social security system.Therefore, We shall take a measure to solve problem that lies in the Chinese social security system.The Article first introduces the development of social security legislations, second analyses the legal issue lies in social security system, finally put forward a way to solve this problem. |
