Research On The Sustainable Development Of China's Social Security Fund Management System

At present,the main contradictions in our society have changed.Together with the aging,they put forward higher requirements for the development of China's social security system.This paper summarizes the development and current situation of China's social security fund management system,and analyzes the unsustainable problems and causes of the system from four aspects: stability,development,financial reliability and related factors.China's social security fund management system is generally stable.Institutional reform has gradually advanced in direction and achieved staged achievements.However,there are still many problems such as imperfect institutional systems,unbalanced risk burdens,and unreasonable financing and treatment adjustment mechanisms,which still need to be resolved as soon as possible.Since the tax-sharing reform did not explicitly stipulate the responsibility for social security expenditure,China's social security expenditures are unreasonable for the central government and local governments.Compared with other countries,the local government's financial burden is heavier.In addition,demographic changes,economic development,talent and technology are the main factors that have an important impact on the system.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for rationalizing the sustainable development of the system from rationalizing the power and responsibility relationship of the management system,innovating the management model,promoting the balanced development of different safeguard projects,and attaching importance to talents and technical support.It is hoped that the application of sustainable development theory and social security fund management theory to solve practical problems in China can complement and develop these theories themselves.It is also hoped that this paper will contribute to the development of China's social security fund management system,the realization of social security goals and the modernization of the national governance system.
