Different spaces have various resource, the interrelation force between spaces is different, just so, the capital, population, production flow between spaces, which varies the population distribution, for example, space agglomeration and space desegregation. The amount that the population of a district migrate is heavily related with the interrelation force between spaces, the amount equals to the subtract that the amount of the emigrate from other spaces minus the amount of the emigrate. The paper analyzes this model with differential dynamic theory. The dynamic property at the equilibrium points is discussed. The system experiences a saddle-node bifurcation at the equilibrium points as the parameter passes through the bifurcation at the bifurcation value if one of eigenvalues of the matrix at the equilibrium has a simple zero eigenvalue. If the migrate function is given, the system may experience a much complex bifurcation-Tail bifurcation. At last, the paper discuss the economy meaning of the model with the theory of interrelation force between spaces. 2 condition that the dynamic model achieve equilibrium is given out. On the basis of the population migration the space economy growth may be researched.
