We have always been informed that that our nation faced life ?and ?death struggle between the landlord class and bourgeoisie dictatorship and the proletarian dictatorship on behalf of benifits of the laboring massess. However, have history simply surfaced in the face of dualism?Looking back upon this period of histroy. we can find that. it is not so simple. Maybey, we can say in general, that since the influence of Russia revolution, China had been faced with two choices between socialism and capitalism. However, just as the liberalism of china had pointed: the two power in modern history the opposition between the KMT. and CCP. wasn?t equal to the opposition between the Capitalisrn and communism. In the view of Liberalism, the KMT. and CPP. were nothing but to struggle for power which was nothing to do with justice. so, they hoped that liberalism political route represented by them could be accepted by Chinese and benifit them a lot. At fist, this stance was completely independce of the two parties. However, the changing of the situation, as well as brutal political envivonment, indicated that this way was impossible. In the hope of recueing the Chinese from extreme misery, Liberalism amended their ideology. They extracted some section they believed that cound lead to a happier life for the chaene from both the marxist and bourgevis, and mix them up to a new ideology, to gain the collaboration of the two parties. But, they neglected something that they had already known, that is china has its own characteristic that can?t be wrongly recongized. KMT. represented 揅apitalism攐f china style, ccp represented 搒ocialisrn攐f china style. Their efforts to mediate capitalism and socialism of china style would lead to the failure doubtlessly. The result of its failure was that liberalism had hept silence in china for nearly 50 years.
