| This paper is focused on Marketing Management, including two parts: the case and the case analysis. In the case, it fully describe the year 2k competitive situation of mainland's conditioner-marketing. The expansive Divine Land of China, in it living hundreds of conditioner-plants vary from strength. The paper introduce that the Midea Company how to continuously strengthen the marketing share and master the competitive go-aheadism in market-competition. In the case analysis, basing on the principia of theoty relating to experiment, I apply all knowledge such as marketing management from MBA courses, concretely including the tools of GE model and STP methods, to analyze Midea Company's marketing strategy,management and its advantage/inferiority. At the end of the paper, some suggestions in terms of further conditioner's marketing management are provided. |
