The Development Strategy Research Of Guangdong Finance Trust & Investment Corp.

Guangdong Finance Trust & Investment Corp(GFTIC) is one of the typical state-owned trust companies of China, such as other trust companies, now it is facing a question of adevelopment. The writer has worked in the planning department of GFTIC for a long time, so the paper is based on knowledge of enterprise management and practice. This paper studies the present condition of GFTIC, and provides its development strategy plan. It includes six parts: Part 1: Preface. It clarifies the importance of enterprise development strategy in Chinese trust companies growth. Part 2: This part shows the general situation of trust companies home and abroad. For abroad, it mainly introduces the characteristic of English, America and Japan; at home, it focuses on analyzing the common problems and major causes. Part 3: This part analyzes GFTIC present situation. It shows GFTIC抯 outline, strong and weak points. Part 4: By applying SWOT method, this part studies the environment confronted by GFTIC, then provides its development strategy plan. PartS: This part demonstrates how to effectively achieve the strategy goal. It illustrates four points in depth: developing business, optimizing organization & flow, improving human resource, creating enterprise brand and marketing management. Part6: Concluding remarks.
