An Analysis Of Science And Technology,Education And Environmental Problem In Middle Stage Of Guangdong's Economic And Social Development

This thesis analyses the relation between economic development and social development. Putting its emphasis on the systematic research of the relation between science and technology, education, environment and social economic development. On this basis, I refer to Japan, making an overall analysis of the relation between science and technology, education, environment and the economic development in Japan抯 mediate developing phase. Finally, I compare Guangdong抯 social economic development with Japan抯 mediate developing phase, find out the factors which confine Guangdong抯 further development in society and economy, then put forward corresponsible tactics. My essay can be divided into three parts: The first part describes the concept of social development and economic development the implication od the coordinative development in economy and society and the relation between science and technology, education, environment protection and economic development in our society. This part provides the analyzing frame and theoretical basis for the whole thesis. The second part analyses the different attitudes to science and technology, education, environment in Japan抯 junior and mediate developing phase. The governments of all levels in Japan have taken corresponsible measures to promote further coordination in social and economic development. This part sums up the phasic characteristic in Japan抯 mediate developing phase. The third part taking Japan抯 mediate developing phase as reference system, compares the mediate phase of Guangdong抯 social and economic development with the same phase in Japan, and puts forward tactics and suggestions to promote Guangdong抯 coordinative development in society and economy.
