The agriculture of China is experiencing the transition from traditional agriculture to nxxlem Agriculture. The AIOC is the only way to realize this transition. It is necessary to push forwanl the AIDC by the relative forms of industrial organization. This research has studied on the problems of agricultural cooperatives and the AIOC under the guidance of the relative theories such as Theory of Industrialization, Cooperative Economic Theory, Industrial Economics and The New Institutional Economics. The main Contents are as follows: 1. The emerging backgmund, the concept and its basic Cbaticteristics of the AIOC have been analyzed systematically, especially the concept of the AIOC has Seen concluded stricthy by using in ductive method. This has set the basis of selecting the forms of orgarization of the ALOC. 2. Combining the theories and its practice of the MOC, comparing the t~es of industrialuzation of France and Japan, the industrial Organization forms of the AIOC have been studied systematically by using the method of comparing and analyzing. The verdict is that the suitable form of industrial organization should be ooperatives plus peasant household? which is better than the forms of ompany plus peasant household?or?market plus peasant household? 3. The activities of participating and pushing forward the AIOC by the cooperation of supplying and marketing, credit ccimmmity of the countryside and special assosiaticm have been analyzed by using case analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. 4. The problems which appeared in the process of participating and pushing forward the AIOC by the cooperation of supplying and marketing, credit community of the coutryside and special assosiation have been analyzed and the countermeasures have been concluded by using norm analysis nmuily. 5. The author adovacates that the form of industrial organization 揅ooperatives plus Cooperative enterprise or company plus peasant household?which comes from the intenor of agricultural syucnu ?? should be popularized. He also advocates that the special cooperatives can be set up on the basis of cooperation ci supplyi ng and Marketing and also the ou - special cooperatives can be formed by special cooperatives across the regions in ozder to become a netxk of integrated oanizabons. In this way the development of the AIOC can be accelerated.
