This thesis includes two sections, the section Case Study and the section Case Analysis. In the Case Study, the thesis realistically describes how the YD Co. innovates the fran~e and its operation of Human Resource management and training, so as to keep constant growth. The key points of this section are: i. To illustrate how to converge training resources through building up training system, and cultivating the culture of training; and ii. To illustrate how to improve the training efficiency through implementing training system. The section Case Analysis, theoretically and evidently, presents the reasons why innovation of training system can bring training itself out of straits; analyzes the process, the goal, and the contents of the innovation; and assesses the effects of the innovation. The main goal of this thesis is to expound and prove the feasibility and the affectivity of converging training sources as well as changing training functions through innovation of the L-IR system under the limitation of the company抯 investment.
